Using the pillars of positive psychology we will discover how to find meaning and purpose in our organization and our role and work to build a model to unleash our inner creativity, passion and awesomeness.
This course uses step by step question based learning to get you to reflect, clarify and build a schedule that works for you to maximize your flow and allow you to thrive in your work.
Using a worksheet you will follow along with each lecture and be asked to answer questions relevant to each session. There is no right or wrong answer, this is purely an exercise for you to reflect on your work, role and organization so you can put together the pieces of the puzzle and understand the who, what, why so you can discover the how that works best for you to achieve tremendous results.
